Hector, Salaco and their team had returned to Civilization after their eventful trip. There was little time to rest before they were faced with another crisis. Trackson had disappeared and there were reports that Posi-State, Nega-State and the Territory of Bliss were experiencing a selectively targeted power failure. This was deliberate! Now Hector and Salaco had to prevent this from happening to Civilization and figure out who or what was responsible!
