Rintoul's Varg does not speak with any sort of Swedish accent, but rather in a mild, cultured English voice that communicates the wry humor, quick wit, and ethnic idiosyncrasies found in the dialogue. Varg must find out who sabotaged the breeding of a prize-winning cat, while also looking into spying in the Moderate Extremists party.
